The People's Democractic Party Has call on the attention of the general Public and the Chief Justice of Nigeria over the Despicable act of HON ADEOLA SOLOMON.
Our attention has been drawn to despicable act of desperation by Hon Adeola Solomon, the APC Candidate at Lagos West Senatorial Elections in connivance with staff of the Tribunal to thwart the cause of justice, he's deliberately removing VITAL materials from the court custody.
Materials having been tendered, sworn to and admitted in evidence by Otunba @segunaeroland, the PDP Candidate. As such, we wish to draw the attention of the CJN, the Lagos State Tribunal Court, the National Assembly Tribunal sitting at Ikeja with all sense of modesty that the missing documents, if NOT FOUND and properly unravelled will invariably taint the final ruling. We deem it an improper conduct by legal practitioners & court officials to engage in nefarious conduct to subvert obvious justice.We demand an immediate & full inquiry to unearth any illegal & unprofessional conduct by any erring persons So as to safeguard the common man's bedrock; Judiciary, from this high level of impunity which amounts to breach of trust We hereby submit that we shall not hesitate to explore any available & justiciable means to salvage the ailing ship of democracy in Lagos which has been under the enslaving chains of one man and the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the past 16 years.
