Period! To this end, the authorities of the Delta State University, Abraka has banned the wearing of miniskirts in the three University campuses. According to the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Vincent Peretemode, the wearing of miniskirts in any of the campuses has been banned henceforth.
